Advancing National Solutions for Neurodivergent Inclusion

IAMND is a national nonprofit that develops scalable, cross-sector models connecting neurodivergent individuals and families to coordinated support across healthcare, education, and workforce systems. We don’t provide direct clinical services. Instead, we build the coordination infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and implementation models that help communities and partner organizations close persistent gaps in access and outcomes for neurodivergent people.

IAMND’s work is designed to benefit neurodivergent individuals — including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, TBI, and related profiles — as well as their families and chosen families. We also partner with employers, educators, healthcare providers, researchers, and community organizations who are committed to building more inclusive, coordinated systems. Our work spans youth and adult populations and is designed for national reach and local implementation.

IAMND operates as a systems-level organization, not a direct service provider. Our role is to develop the frameworks, coordination models, and evaluation infrastructure that make it possible for healthcare providers, schools, employers, and community organizations to better serve neurodivergent individuals at scale. This approach is designed for replication — so that the impact extends far beyond what any single direct-service organization could achieve.

Privacy and autonomy are foundational to everything IAMND builds. We never report individual data to insurers, employers, or government agencies without explicit member consent. Members retain control of their own information at every step. Our models are built with privacy embedded from inception — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a core design principle that reflects our commitment to member dignity and trust.

IAMND welcomes partnerships with healthcare systems, educational institutions, employers, philanthropic foundations, government agencies, and community organizations aligned with our mission.
